One of the readers e-mailed me how to resolve the SIM CLOSE problem of My Phone T22 Duo. If you encounter this problem, you are probably in flight mode. To restore normal settings try this:
Go to MENU -> SETTINGS -> PHONE SETUP -> FLIGHT MODE. be sure to choose NORMAL MODE.
You can also find solutions to other problems/issues from the help section of MY PHONE website. Their website also have the softwares (USB and phone suite) and the list of Nationwide Service Centers. Try to call their support hotline for assistance if the solutions above did not address the problem of your MY PHONE.

I am a loader of different sims the problem is i cant switch memory card as the storage for messages. its either sim or phone memory only which is not enough for 1000 messeges... pls help?
